You are entangled in it – an alliance that lays open something tender, at times wild, somewhat impossible. Trying to find moments of rest with each other, you negotiate physically how to move, how to be together. and you talk about things – ordinary things like the weather or cars. However much you are part of the alliance, at times one is excluded. There are moments you prefer to keep for yourself and others you need to share. Not always do we have the same thing in mind.
In her research she is investigating the correlation and area of conflict between the notions of ”projection, retrospection and speculation” focusing on exploring ways to be together with an audience, the mutual sensual perceptions implicit in the encounter of a spectator and a performer and what remains of it in our memory.
2. Ayşe Orhon

thinging bodies

Dealing with multiple presences co-existing throughout seemingly single subject, here the attempt is revealing and generating multiple presences, multiple voices in/of audience members/participants by creating a permeable medium. This permeable medium is called aPermeable Machine setting-up a game situation using different tools being a textual media, such as voice recording or prompted text to be uttered, experienced, performed, animated, realized by participants of a performance event, transforming them into very owners and performers of the machine at that very moment. This is an expansion of ‘performance’; permeating, addressing, intermediating, just before towards something, towards a thing, thinging.
3. Litó Walkey

Where's the rest of me?

a unit of experience dedicated to its own parts of purposeful collision to make encounter with known and unknown of something far and something close of what doesn't fit imagination but in action finds new face between intention and plan accident between structure container a leakage of self assemblage of world partially delivered with attention and inattention in proximity suggestive from toward and of performance to come back to place of meeting

For her research within AMCh, Litó is continuing attention to successions of words: How inscribed compositions take place, index, invite in relation to performance.

For each function exist a form, not the contrary. The form adapts itself to accomplish the purpose of the function [evolution].
If the function is continuously changed, then the form does not acquire a shape (...).
The shape is a crystallization of the form and consequently of the function that the form expresses (...).
The shape maintains the trace of the succession of forms due to changes in function".

Peek into Process.
This is a glimpse, a sliver, a small bite of a bunch of practices and scores we have been working on over the course of five rehearsals. It is not a "piece" as much as a sketch and a moment to share us with you.

I read a quote that I liked very much the other day that said:

"The greatest gift we can give one another is rapt attention to one another's existence."

Performed and Created by Ida Katinka Fridan Pederson, Oneka von Schrader, Sabine Cmelniski and Paula Chavez.
Directed by Tiana Hemlock.

The Burkhard, The _____, and Everything in between

Work By: Pavlos Marios Ktoridis
Performers: Burkhard Körner, Pavlos Marios Ktoridis

The project started from an exploration for constructing an entity which continuously transforms without ever establishing a static condition or a specific shape; an entity which manages to break free from any kind of form or system and omits restriction.  And if for the sake of argument we assume that this entity is feasible, what are then the entailed mechanisms to fulfill this physical condition?

However, during the research a paradox appeared. There was an attempt to reach a condition that defies any law of directive, but yet, very detailed and clear instructions were given to the body and mind in order to achieve a certain state. It was thought that these instructions would serve in establishing this obscure entity. What is this entity then? A generation of another form which has been instructed? A living and breathing form which has the advantage of choice? What are the possibilities of choice? How will the construction operate once it starts acting upon free will?
